You have to be happy in your work place, for most of us we spend more time at the office then at home. It could almost be described as a relationship….which means I am a matchmaker (or at least I would like to think of myself as one!). I bring companies and candidates together with the end goal being a happy and fulfilling marriage for both parties, right?
With the comparison of work and marriage it got me thinking of the interview process and the appropriate time line for making job offers… I wondered if a candidate being offered a position before even leaving an interview could perhaps be as daunting as a guy (or girl) proposing marriage on the first date- Would you run for the hills or feel flattered?
How long should you wait before making a candidate a job offer?
