Protégé Training and Human Development came about as a direct result of personal experience after years of working in the recruitment industry. 

When reading resumes, applications addressing selection criteria, participating on selection panels, interviewing candidates and listening to feedback from employers, it became very evident that some people were missing out on unique employment opportunities due to lack of knowledge about vital steps necessary for success.

Protégé set about recruiting dedicated, experienced training experts to design and implement a number of courses to address the gaps that were observed throughout the selection process.  Our team has decades of combined experience in providing practical, relevant and proven strategies to assist with your personal and professional development.
